While we hope you’ll be happy with your gift voucher(s), we know that sometimes you may need to return them. If you do, this policy has all the information you’ll need to know.

That’s no problem. We are happy to offer a full refund on gift voucher(s), as long as it’s within the cancellation period.

Refund Policy

As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, your right to request a refund starts from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you receive your goods. Refunds can only be made on gift voucher(s) that have the full purchase value remaining.

Once you have registered your refund, please fill out the cancellation form and put it with your gift voucher(s) into the post and send it to Brooke’s Beauty & Spa, 14 The Dole, Impington, Cambridge CB24 9LP, United Kingdom. Once the gift voucher(s) has been received your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used for purchase. Brookes Spa do not accept responsibility for the loss of your returned goods or your postage charges.

Is there a problem with your order?

Return Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning gift voucher(s) for refunds.  We would recommend a form of tracked mail to ensure receipt. We do not accept responsibility for the loss of your returned goods or your postage charges.
